Service of process is the procedure by which a party to a lawsuit gives an appropriate notice of initial legal action to another party (such as a defendant), court, or administrative body in an effort to exercise jurisdiction over that person so as to force that person to respond to the proceeding before the court, body, or other tribunal.

Standard Service- Cameron County $75*

Citation, Summons, Precept, TRO, etc.

Includes first 30 pages of packet, 4 attempts (1st attempt within 3 days, not including Sunday, of full packet receipt), Notarized Affidavit of Service or Notarized Affidavit of Due Diligence and a Notarized Affidavit in Support of Substituted Service if requested.

Standard Service- Hidalgo County$115*

Urgent Upgrade- $60* Plus Standard Service (Cameron County Only)

1st attempt same day of complete packet receipt if received before 2 pm CST.

Rush Upgrade- $40* Plus Standard Service

1st attempt next day of complete packet receipt.

New Address- Cost based on Original Service

If address is updated after a server has attempted any or all 4 attempts at given address, new address will be treated as a new job.

Onsite Standby- $75/hr.*

Sitting and waiting with 1 hour minimum

We are not Private Investigators or a Security Company. This is for effectuating service only.

31+ pages- $0.20* per page

We are able to print service packet for your convenience and expedited service. First 30 pages are included at no charge. Each additional page is charged a $0.20* fee.
